At QuartzStarr, The health of both our customers and our team members is our biggest
priority. We do closely follow the advice of Public Health England and the WHO like
other businesses in the UK, and ensure that just like other Businesses, we are closely
monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
What steps do we take?
First, in line with guidance from the authorities special steps have been taken to ensure
that the frequency of cleaning has been increased with extra focus on hygiene
Teams are constantly requested to regularly sanitise their hands and other surfaces that
they may touch.
Care has also been taken that the worktops have been cleaned, before and after
fabrication, ready for installation.
Our Fabricators ensure that any of their team members who show even mild signs of flu-
like symptoms are advised to follow the government advice surrounding medical care
Ourselves and all our Fabricators would continue to monitor the situation and follow
directions given by the government and will take whatever action that may seem
necessary to protect the health of all customers and respective teams.
Due to the current ongoing pandemic and some Supply chain issues, it is anticipated to
have some unavoidable delays in the coming weeks/months as a result. If we foresee or
experience delays we shall ensure to give our customers as much notice as is
reasonably possible. Although we remain fully operational as a business, we will ensure
to keep continuing to offer all of our customers extremely high levels of service as
